1. Information We Collect

• Information you provide. Your name, email address, and phone number when you create a free account, and the responses you share in the GPT Genie onboarding chat.
• Usage information. How you interact with the Site, collected through cookies and analytics technologies (such as Microsoft Clarity) to help us understand and improve the experience.
• Payment information. Agent Command Kit is currently free. If we add paid features, payments are processed by Stripe and your full card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and maintain your account and the Site's features;
• Generate your personalized agent setup, North Star, and recommendations from your GPT Genie chat;
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and educational content you opted into;
• Process transactions, if you purchase a paid feature in the future;
• Improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information to train shared AI models.

3. The GPT Genie Assistant

The GPT Genie chat processes the information you provide to it solely to build your personalized agent setup and outputs. It performs read-only analysis of what you share. It does not initiate payments, transfers, or changes to any external account on your behalf.

4. Third-Party Services

We share information only with vendors that help us operate the Site, including:

• Stripe — payment processing (if paid features are used);
• Supabase — secure database and authentication;
• Vercel — hosting and delivery;
• Analytics providers (such as Microsoft Clarity) — usage insights.

The Site also references third-party tools and software (such as OpenClaw, Hermes, and Claude Code). Your use of those tools is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

6. Data Retention & Security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Site, and we delete it when you close your account, except where we are legally required to retain certain records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and payment data is encrypted by Stripe.

7. Your Choices & Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You can opt out of marketing emails or texts by following the unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.

8. Children

The Site is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
