Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Agent Command Kit at agentcommandkit.com (the “Site”), operated by The AI Surfer LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. The Service
Agent Command Kit provides a free resource hub and member dashboard, including educational content, the GPT Genie onboarding chat, copy-paste prompt packs, AI agent skill packs, recommended tools, and access to the AI Surfer community. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Fees & Billing
Agent Command Kit is currently free and requires no credit card. If we introduce paid features, we will disclose pricing before you are charged. Paid subscriptions, if any, renew on a recurring basis until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or infringe anyone's rights;
- Share, resell, or distribute account access or paid content;
- Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Site;
- Upload or distribute malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site;
- Use the Site or its outputs to harm, deceive, or harass others.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including prompts, skill packs, written materials, and branding, are owned by The AI Surfer LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content for your own business and learning. You may not redistribute it as your own.
6. Third-Party Tools & AI Outputs
The Site references and links to third-party software and platforms (such as OpenClaw, Hermes, and Claude Code). We are not affiliated with, and do not control or endorse, those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms. AI-generated outputs and prompts are provided for guidance only; you are responsible for reviewing and validating anything you build or deploy.
7. Community Standards
When participating in our community, be respectful and constructive. We may remove content or suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other members, without refund.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any specific results from using the Site, the prompts, or the tools.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The AI Surfer LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if the Site was free to you, USD $100).
10. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
